Turkeys in the driveway
 

I'm trying out a new video camera monitoring system, and happened to notice a group of turkeys in the driveway. We've been seeing them out in the woods from the bedroom window off an on for days now. There are a LOT of grasshoppers out and about in the grass, so I guess that is what they are looking for.

Truly on of natures vile creatures .Everyone in my family has received auto damage .The dogs roll in their chit .Not very good eating .

Heck, I like having them around. They are one of the few varmints around here that aren't tearing up one thing or another. Some varmint just wiped out the Asian pears we had ripening, and just about did the same thing to the other pears. Probably possums, but they are beginning to get on my nerves. If they get into Connie's pomelos they are going to be facing localized extinction.
