Eighteen-year-old Brock Starkey stands by his father Ron Starkey's 1977 Corvette earlier this summer at a car show in El Paso, Ill. Ron Starkey remembers one of the previous owners of his 1977 Chevrolet Corvette crying when he was handed the keys and drove it away.
