i was an intern architect for 6+ years, lost my job as the economy took a nose dive. now as a project manager for a mechanical contractor i can diagnose/possibly fix any problems with a residential system. we do commercial systems, chilled water and sheetmetal. also if someone needs a set of drawings to pull permits, let me know and i can put together the drawing set required for county permitting. also am offering design consultation. anything from a free standing structure to house additions. dont hesitate to contact me with any questions.
