St. Augustine 2008?
 

Is there going to be a St. Augustine excursion for 2008, or perhaps another destination? That was a fun time we had last year, and I think we should try to do it again (or something similar) this year.

So, do Connie and I have to go there all by ourselves? :shrug01:

I'd love to do that or another location again. I sold the vette but the XD is fun to drive and when i'm through with the suspension mods, should cut corners like a knife:thumbsup:

Our biggest issue right now is time:( We take care of the grand daughter while my daughter is at work. She just started a new job and looking at another (part time) in her chosen career field as we speak.

Just not sure we can get away.

I also have a 12-18 month plan on becoming debt free so we've cut back a LOT for the time being. Once that's accomplished, and it WILL be accomplished, I'm looking at a newer Vette:thumbsup:

Sorry brother not this year. Good ole George Bush has tightened things up a bit and we're doing some teaching that's effecting spare time too.

I thought vette guys where all right not left ask the DEM's:shrug01:

Soon, my friend, soon. Getting the adult critters settled down for their 3 month sleep. And I guess now we need to wait for the gasoline shortage to go away. Connie is chomping at the bit to get back to St. Augustine.

Also on our agenda for the next couple of months is to go to Amelia Island, and the Henderson Park Inn (http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forum...ad.php?t=16881) over on the pan handle in Destin. You guys interested?

If you decide to go back to the Inn, let me know?

We might be able to do that. The panhandle run? Not this year. Too far, Not enough time:(
