:wavey: Well I decided to go for a pleasure drive this afternoon and drove down Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. Along the way I saw several vettes and decided to see how many waves I would get in return with my wavey: . Out of 7 vettes, I got 4 return :wavey: and 3 no shows. :shrug01: . So at least I got over 50 percent :wavey:. It is a beautiful day and I think I'll go for another RIDE. SEE YA!:wavey: Mark

We saw 5 between Tampa and Treasure island yesterday morning. All waved back!

Today I saw six vettes out there. Three couldn't see me and the other three drove right by me.

I waved at the three that drove by me. The guy in the C5 didn't wave back and neither did the two in the C3s. So if you were on Palm Beach island today in a C3 and got flipped off and yelled at by some guy in a torch red C5, now you know who it was!!!!!!:thumbsdown: JERKS!

"Flip the fogs"
 

Since obtaining my C-5 I found out that if you "flip" your hi-beam/turnsignal stalk (pull it toward you) the fogs will flash. I've not had anyone not return my "wave". It gains their attention and then wave. Only works in the daytime. And you have to have your fog switch in the on position. I know some owners drive with them off, why I don't know. Try it and see what happens. When you do this look at your switch and the "on" light will flash so you know it's working. :wavey:

I just find it interesting that some wave and some don't. I guess it's different strokes for different folks.

On our Easter cruz down to St Armands and back, we passed three vettes, 2 waved back. The Bentley GT didn't wave back.
