Squirrel baffle failure
 

I'm thinking I should send this baffle back for a refund. Doesn't seem to work too well against Squirrelzilla....

For no more than the price of a Slinky it would be entertaining to see if they could.

The problem would be that the poles we have been using lately have a double hook on them, so you really can't just slide a slinky onto the pole. I have an old one that is a two piece, but I haven't seen any like that around here for a long time.

Actually, we seem to be having more problems with raccoons and possums getting into the feeders than squirrels lately. And the occasional bear. I used to mount a feed block on a rotted tree that is still standing, and discovered that we must have a colony of flying squirrels living here too.
