Remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal to increase rain chances in Florida
 

Remnants of the tropical storm formerly known as Chantal have devolved near the Bahamas into a tropical wave - a low-pressure system still capable of delivering strong winds and heavy rains, forecasters said.
