Corvette Racing: Corvette C6.R GT1 Era Coming to an End
 

Saturday will mark the end of an era as the last American LeMans GT1 race in the United States to feature the factory-backed Corvette Racing C6.Rs. The most successful racing team in ALMS history decided that Long Beach would be ideal to end the GT1 program due to the large fan base in Southern California that turns out to see the Corvettes year after year.
