2007 Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 Giallo Orion by Richie's Custom Detailing
This beautful LP 640 belongs to a very good long time client. He picked it up a few months ago and decided it was time for a full paint correction.
He wanted it dialed in for our local Cars and Coffee this past Saturday. I pulled out all the stops which meant an all nighter since I was unable to start on this car until the day before. I washed the car the night before so I could have as much time as possible for the correction. I started the correction process at 8:00am Friday and finished 6:00am Saturday. When I arrived Thursday evening: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09386.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09387.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09390.jpg Made it a little easier to clean the front wheel wells: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09394.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09395.jpg Sorry for the lack of wash pics, I was losing sunlight fast. http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09397.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09398.jpg These are some of the defects I was able to capture, all parts of the car was covered in DA sand scratches, holograms and RIDS: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09403.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09404.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09406.jpg Corrected: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09407.jpg More defects: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09408.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09421.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09424.jpg Before: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09431.jpg After: http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09434.jpg Couple of afters as the sun was going down Friday evening. No LSP applied. http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09443.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09445.jpg http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...e/DSC09447.jpg |
Tail lights were not immune to abuse:

You will notice in the first picture someone has already burned the edge, in the end they finished out nicely.
