Loking for a good detailer in Tampa area.
 

Any one have a good mobile detailer or shop in Tampa area. I have a 89 vette.

I've got a great guy. Does almost all hi-end cars, Ferrari's, Mercedes, etc...I'll get you his number in the morning. His name is Gary. Runs a mobile detailing unit and does a hell of a good job:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thanks ill give him a call next week, just out of curiosity what does he charge for a detail. I called some random people and prices where $400 tha'ts a lot out of my price range.

Most good detailers are going to be a bit pricey. Equiptment and supplies are expensive. And the only thing they have to sell, other than thier skills, is thier time. It's one car, one hour at a time.

I don't know what he charges. Last time I spoke with him about it, it depended on the amount of detail you wanted, what you wanted detailed and the car.

See what he says. Tell him I sent you. It may not help, but it may not hurt?

I believe Rob of "Car Arts Auto Detailing" may cover the Tampa area. See his web site and call him for mor information. I've seen his work, it is great.

He was in Charlotte county IIRC which is why I didn't say anything.

The OP was looking for someone local to Tampa and I couldn't think of anyone on the board that was local:(

Rob was who I used the last 2 times. I contacted him and he told me he sold the biz and is no longer detailing. His work was amazing.

Sorry to hear Rob is out of the detailing business. He was an artist. I know he will do well in what ever he is doing.
