No offense but you own the car shouldn't you be able to spell it? Not much annoys me but for some reason this does.:rofl1:

Hey Thunder, I'll admit that I don't know much about Camaros but after looking at your pictures I can't imagine anyone willing to trade you even-up with a C5.
I'm just saying, you know.

Most 68 Camaros Im looking on Ebay it quite a bit better condition are going from 8-12k, and light restomod from 15-20, full restomods 30k. My neighbor has an all original 67, with completely built motor just under 500hp, drag suspension and all the other goodies including custom fiberglass body panels for light weight use....all the original stuff to. Brand new paint. Had it up for sale a while ago with trailer for 10k...no one took it.

I just also saw some C5's starting as low as 5700 bucks, some with no reserves.

Don't be upset if this is bad news, but its the reality of the car world. Ebay is generally the best way to figure out pricing, cause ebay shows what people are willing to spend. Ive spent 3yrs working as a pawn broker, I use it everyday. Ive also had to accept the fact of adding up how much Ive put into my vette, and the reality of what people are willing to pay for something like mine. So I set my price right around what Ive seen off forums and Ebay. Now I just gotta get a couple things finished and hopefully off she goes.

Now trying to steal your thread, just trying to give you some insight. When pricing stuff don't always look at the big dollar values. Spelling does help sell ad's, makes people a little more confident knowing if someone can spell coherently then odds are the person is a straight shooter. I know not everyone has a dictionary built into their brain, but a few more keystrokes doesn't kill anyone.

CAMARO

Now, now that's not nice :NoNo:....some people just aren't good at spelling.

Chris is not a good speller I always have to check stuff for him (I was always in the spelling bees during school :D) BUT he makes up for his spelling in other places Chris is very, very intelligent when it comes to inventing, putting stuff together, creating, building etc etc and if you ever sit and talk to him you get that right away.
He will admit "I'm not the best speller but I'll go up against anybody when it comes to creativity and creating stuff from scratch especially CARS"...

So maybe Thunder cant spell all that well but I am sure he makes up for it in other places :yesnod:

We all have our weakness' and strengths :)

My weakness---I talk and state my opinion too much :rofl1: :D

You are so right about everyone having their weaknesses and strenghts.

Man, I wish I had Chris' gift. I would love to be able to visualize a finished product and then build it.
Oh well, at least I am good looking. :lmao::lmao:

There is no requirement on this site that someone MUST spell correctly. But it IS encouraged, for the sake of legibility for all the readers to easily understand what you are actually saying without needing an interpreter. Please note that there IS a spell check function built into this site which can help out considerably when the proper letter arrangement fails you for some words you would like to use. Lord knows I use it for nearly every post I make, and am rather proud of the number of times I have it find NO errors whatsoever.

But in any event, belittling someone publicly for a knack or ability that you have and they lack is relatively poor form or forums.

HAH! Spell check gave me a clean bill on this one!!

Ms. AntiVenom 09-09-2009 04:30 PM

pssst I use firefox and it spell checks as I write..lol I'm not a good speller either, But I can write and read hex codes and web codes flawlessly...go figure Greg is the speller of the family.

Ms. AntiVenom 09-09-2009 04:32 PM

O wait I forgot....

I like it when people spell Camaro Camero.. because that use to be how you would get cheap camaro parts on ebay until they fixed that feature:lmao:
