The trim tag on this Corvette indicates it was ordered as Rally Red (974) with Black Leather (402). The condition of the paint (repainted awhile ago) and interior is VERY NICE. This is a Corvette you would want to take to a car show.

Under the hood you will find a Corvette 327/300hp engine dressed to look like a L79 block. It runs great and has plenty of power. You’ll feel it as you run through the gears of the Muncie 4-speed.

The seats have been restored and the door panels, instrument panel, steering wheel, headliner, door handles, and all trim pieces appear to be original and in very nice condition. It is quite obvious the caretakers of this Corvette have done a great job.

Not very many coupes were ordered with the C60 option (air conditioning). This Vette has it as well as these other options: Power Steering (N40), Power Brakes (J50), AM/FM Radio (U69), Tinted Windshield (A02), Telescopic Steering Column (N36), and side exhaust. A closer inspection will show if the side exhaust is original to the car. They certainly do look great.

The owner states the frame and birdcage are solid with no rust issues. The suspension, brakes, and exhaust system are in good condition as well.

The Coker Redline Radial Tires are hardly used and really give the car a nice look. Of course, the classic Rally Wheels add to the period correct visual effect.
