Release is well known now...and a few pics for ya as well!!:dancer01: Don't know about the rest of ya'll...but I like the combo of having a convertible that looks like a Z06!!

I like it too, but I think they should have stuck with only blue like the previous Grand Sports.

Yep we agree too !!! Stick with the grand sport colors !
We saw it at the beach caravan in PC about 2 weeks ago... It wasnt anything special to me ,personally.... I heard a lot of people saying it was a "POOR MANS Z06" :shrug01: I am thinking its gonna be in the mid to high $60's range in price I'll stick to saving for a Z06 myself :dancer01: |
While I love the widebody look, the style should remain exclusive for the Z06....seems like GM has whored the body design (putting in on a less expensive line) of the Z06 in order to sell cars:hehehe:

It's ok but not WOW :shrug01:

I would think Gordon would be all over this one...... :)

Back in 2006...
when I was just about to finalize my 2006 Victory Red convertible purchase, I told the sales' manager that if the Z06 came in a convertible, I would have spent the extra 10 - 13 thousand to have one. Now, here it is...years later they do this Grand Sport that cross-breeds the convertible with a Z06 but with the LS3, 430 HP, engine.
Now that I've run out of money :hehehe: only then does Corvette do this to me! The next best thing to having a Z06 in a convertible form eludes me for the moment! :shrug01: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, if they had this car in '06!! :yesnod: And yes...can't wait for Shadow to weigh in on this vehicle!! Should make for some interesting reading........:rofl1: |
