This forum was put into place by request of some members who wanted something different here. I have to admit that I found it interesting to entertain this idea, because I do tend to watch movies when I get a chance, and REALLY hate wasting my money on a stinko movie. So hopefully this will be fun and informative to us all....

Unlike the other forums, I enabled the ability of members to rate a thread. I felt it would be beneficial for members to use this function to not so much rate the thread itself, but to rate the movie actually being reviewed. In other words, you can not only reply to the thread with your own opinions, but if you have also seen the movie, you can actually use the rating system to give a quick glance method of rating the movie the thread talks about.

For those of you who haven't noticed it, it is an option in the reddish colored menu bar right at the top of the thread you are reading. Clicking on the menu gives you a drop down selection list of ratings to apply to the thread.

Rich, I did not read your sticky until after I posted my review on the World's Fastest Indian. I also thought it would be a good idea to rate the movie but did not realize that you had set something up for everyone that has seen the movie to rate it as well. So, when I posted my review, I rated this movie 3 and 1/2 big blocks on a scale of 1 to 4. I hope you don't mind that I used this rating system, but I was not aware at the time that you had already set something else up.

BTW, how about the person posting the original post for a thread giving us all a little review of the movie itself? I know I would be interested in hearing what a movie is about as well as what you thought about it.....
