How Car Colors Stack Up
 

According to Dupont, silver has ruled for the past 7 seven years as the most popular. White/Pearl White is the new favorite. Here's how they stack up:

1. White/Pearl White 19%
2. Silver 18%
3. Black 16%
4. Red 13%
5. Gray 12%
6. Blue 12%
7. Beige 5%
8. Gold 3%
9. Green 2%
10. Others 1%

Colors above in red represent categories closest to Corvette pallet.

Although my 03 is silver ,i'm thinkin' white looks good on a c-6.

I think a pearl or metal flake white OR black would looks pretty darn nice. I actually saw a white metal flake C5 at one of the shows that looked absolutely stunning. And more than once, I wished that the black on the C5 and C6 was a metal flake metallic type paint. I just like that look in a paint. :thumbsup:

Of course, I really like the new Cyber Metalliic Gray (or whatever it is they call it) that they have come out with for 2009. I may be tempted to trade in the 2007 C6 for one next year.
