Sure, if you have the software to edit a PDF file you can enter your name.

My suggestion would be to print it out and just hand write the name in the box. That's what I am doing and I have all the resources to edit it.
Just easy to hand write it.

I really don't want to mess up a neat sign with my lousy handwriting. I guess I could print up my name and tape it in place?
