Ain't it the way........
So Connie left early Wednesday to drive up to our niece's wedding this weekend. I'm stuck at home taking care of the critters. So she took the C6 and figured she would stop for the night right at the Virginia/North Carolina border. She wouldn't have even had to tell me where. I could have looked at this radar map and pin pointed it EXACTLY....... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
http://www.corvetteflorida.com/pics/connie_050207.gif She said she heard there was a chance of hail with those thunderstorms.... |
Hail! Hope the major storms miss her. You'll have another excuse to detail that new vette again when she brings it home

She didn't say anything about hail damage when I talked to her tonight, so I guess there was no hail in the storms that hit where she was staying for the night. Just a lot of rain, evidently. Back when we lived in Maryland her car got pummeled by some MAJOR hail up in Belair. Baseball sized stuff. Glad she wasn't out in it because that sort of stuff could kill a person. Her car (Olds Cutlass) looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to it.
