Love bug season, part 2

Been spotting more and more love bugs lately here in north Florida. I guess it's that time of year again. Actually beginning to get a hint of Fall in the air lately.

Where the heck are you? Fall in the air? It's still 90 everyday, just a lot of rain everyday too. Haven't seen any love bugs yet here on the Nature Coast. I'm hoping for a real light season (of bugs) like the spring was here.

Just below Tallahassee. The air just smells differently and I can feel things beginning to change. The pool temperature is now only 80 degrees.....

if you could just figure out how to breed some kind of cute little lizard to eat these things you could afford that sts system for all of us. i am sure the state would buy a million or two.

I think the rain here is keeping them away from me.
They should change their name to hate bugs. :hehehe:

They probably taste bad to lizards. I don't think I have seen any of the local lizards ever eat them. Not only that, never see them in spider webs nor see dragonflys chasing them down. If it weren't for automobiles, they probably wouldn't have any predators at all...........

I sure hope it starts getting cooler. It will really motivate me to get some stuff done around here. The heat sucks.
