Wasn't suggesting any conspiracy theories.
It's still supply vs. demand.
If they made more, they "might" actually sell more
However, if they overbuild, and have them sitting on dealers lots at tax time...not a good thing.
Keep the supply limited to the demand + a few % and the price remains up and the overun remains low.
Reduces cost of production too
