You can bet if the hysteria get's bad enough to really impact the restaurants, they will.
Now, if the government "orders" it, watch out....that's a good sign something is seriouly wrong.
As for eating shrimp, I just ordered some shrimp fried rice.....
Hell, the MSG and WTF ever else the Chinese place uses in thier food prep will likely get me way before the damned oil
