Yeah, he's a pretty good guy
Very patient and willing to help. When you talk about "clean" titles, make sure the car has not been reapired or that he discloses that if it has. Do a Carfax (although they suck, it's a great starting point) and ask for documentation on the car if he has it?
You can also order a body file straight from Tallahassee for about $25.00 that will give you the history of the car from the time it was 1st registered in the State of Florida.
