Seriously, if someone wants to be shooting radar frequencies all over the place, who is to say I don't have a right to have a PASSIVE device that can detect such things? It doesn't project anything potentially harmful to anyone else (more than what I can say for police offices spraying the occupants of vehicles with radar and laser emissions). How do they know that these stuff won't cause us to grow an elbow from the back of our heads or something? Most radiation effects on tissues are CUMULATIVE. If the government has some right to subject me to that sort of radiation, then I damned sight have a right to be able to know about it if I want to.
