www.ncccsouth.com . They will give you some insights on the subject. It's great to have a sponsor. Go to the local Chevrolet dealers in the area and sell them on the idea. It is a proven fact, the largest selling Corvette dealers sponsor a club. Our sponsor in Ohio was Bob McDorman and here in Clearwater it is Dimmitt Chevrolet. Two of the largest dealers in the US. Dimmitt supports us by giving us a monthly "allowance" and 10% discount on all parts and labor at their dealership. Of course, they give us a "last look" at any auto purchases. Once a year they sponsor our Dimmitt/BACC Corvette show. This year is our 10th annual They have been our sponsor since 1970. Go to cruise in's, other places where cars gather and start talking it up. You would be surprized how many other Vetters want to get together. NCCC will help you set up some by-laws, rules and other items you will need to survive. Both of the clubs I've belonged to choose to join NCCC because of the rule book they print and the insurance they offer.
