A number of Cruisin Corvette members will be attending the 27th annual beach caravan from Dothan to Panama City on May 17. A group eill be leaving Thursday afternoon headed to Dothan for the social get together on Thursday night. Some of us (like me) have to work on Friday and will not leave until Friday afternoon :banghead: Anyway, look forward to seeing everyone there. :dancer01:

Kenny,

When are you all actually heading BACK to Tallahassee? Connie and I might be able to get out there, but not sure if it would be Saturday or Sunday.

We will probably leave some time around noon. If I remeber correctly, they have a scenic cruise set up for Sunday morning. Get up with me when y'all make it there.

Wish the Weather Channel has a fire and smoke forecast. :) Not much fun taking a scenic cruise when everything is blanketed in smoke. Hope we can make it out there.

Where exactly is everyone going to be on Sunday morning? The itinerary is kind of vague about that. Matter of fact, I'm not even sure about where everyone will be on Saturday..... :crazy03:

But I think it more likely we would be driving out there early on Sunday....

Rich it looks like we will be at ao near the hotel, Marriot Bay Point Resort most of the time.:dancer01:

This WAS this weekend, wasn't it? :thinkin:

Connie and I pulled up at the hotel around 10:30am CT and there were only 4 or 5 vettes in the parking lot. Saw a few heading out of the area when we were driving in. Didn't see your C6Z, so we figured maybe we missed the boat.

So we drove along the coast and got out to Joe's Crab Shack (or whatever) around 12:30 and wasn't a Corvette to be seen anywhere.

I took a shower today, so no need for you all to run and hide from us...... :hehehe:

The caravan was a great time! Cruisin' Corvettes did not get the most participation award this year, but there is always next year!

Rich, sorry for being gone for a while, work has been a bear since I got back from PC. I hate that we missed you, when Circle City was planning a Sunday morning cruise they didn't know about the wine tasting festival that was going on at their intended destination, Saturday evening they decided to cancel the cruise. Sunday morning everyone packed up and meandered about on their own. Again sorry we missed you.
