Thanks Shadow and Z06 Rocket, I understand that I can elect my last driving school option on my own, but what the attorney are saying is that the can get the judge to reduce my ticket since my last one was 5 yrs ago and Hillsborough county looks at last 2yrs and most likely they can persuade judge to get a "court ordered driving school" which is different from the one I chose myself, so I get to retain my last one for future use.
