Sorry to see that some A$$hole ran into you. I would be pissed too! Not sure that a ball bat in my hands would be the right tool. Maybe something like the scene in Casino Royale where they stripped down 007 and put his a$$ in a chair with the cane removed and let the old knotted rope fly. Every time I see that scene it immediately brings my knees together.

But, can you give us a little tutorial on how you go about fixing something like that. Do, you clean the area out and re-fiberglass it in and then fill, do you re-skin the door, or is there another process that you will use? Maybe your misfortune will help educate us, and maybe add some additional posting while things are a little slow on the board. Also, if you don't mind, whatever process you use to fix the door, can you take some pics a long the way and keep us up to date?

:ack2:That sucks,but maybe you can ask Walmart to see there sec. cameras to see if you could see if you could see the car that did it and maybe the have a good zoom.Man that sucks,I'm not sure what I would do if I walked out and saw that.:ack2:

Yeah,I'll be taking pictures!!:thumbsup:The thing that really burns my butt,is whoever did it,Knew they did it!!It shoved the car sideways about 2 inches!!:box::box::box:

As far as what I'll have to do,I don't know yet till I get the door apart!They hit it right on the crash beam and it sounds like it's broken loose inside the door and the window won't go all the way down before it hits something!!I was going refinish the rockers sometime anyway,But I would have liked to stay out of the middle of the door!!:bang head::bang head::bang head:I repaired a place on the rear bumper and left qr 4-5 years ago and the spiral gray is a pain to match!!:dueling:
 
You know Junk, That happened to me at wal-mart. But some jerks rammed allot of buggies into my car, then got in their crappy mustang and left. I think they were mad that they got beat by a girl.


But I didn't have damage like that. So I just cant imagine

The law has looked at the security cameras footage!! But they only cover about 2/3rd of the lot,I was parked out beyond that point but there going to look at the Burger King tapes next door and see if they maybe caught it!!:thumbsup:
It's ALL Vet Boy's fault anyway,he's the one that told me I should change my oil before it gets down to 18% oil life remaining!!:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Heh I had a similar instance with no bad outcome. I parked clear the fawk out in no mans lands since all the handicrap spots were taken and I go to leave dicks sporting goods and some as you put it cork sucker parked riiiiiiight next to me. I had to get in from the passenger side and figure out a way to get into the drivers seat.

I did set off his alarm though, wont say how. I just think next time I go to a store Im bringing a pack of those jumping jacks and just knock the round safety balls off an make them into points an leave under someones tire who wants to hug me.

They say we have a corvette tax, well this will be my "tax break" to the artards who pull this kinda crap.
 
As everyone has said, that sucks! :mad: Hope the tapes show something and someone has to pay. Sometimes it seems like our cars have a target painted on the side in parking lots.:banghead:

Man, that just makes my blood BOIL to look at it. Had it happened to me, in some respects I wish I could have caught the SOB that did it. But on the other hand, being in prison for murder probably isn't a real good thing either.

Sorry to see this happen............... Hope SOMEBODY caught it on tape. Put an ad in the local paper offering a reward for info. Maybe someone personally saw it. Darn shame they can't match DNA off of a vehicle's bumper in some manner...
