Awesome autocross action in brooksville!

Sinister C4
Had a killer time at the FAST autocross in brookville, fl this past weekend. A two day event with saturday being a team event and sunday being a standard points event. The new michelins where killer out there and really helped improve my times. They were just a little slick on sunday morning with the temps being in the high 50's. For just my second time out in the C4 I think I'm doing pretty well. I'm hoping I cracked into the top ten for overall...if not, I was damn close. On saturday our team set the time of the day with a 2:13 with second having a 2:18! We pooched the runoffs and ended up fourth though.

So on with a couple of vids and a couple of pics.

Thanks, and this just in: I cracked the top 10 in just my second autocross in my corvette. Placed 8th overall, just .307 seconds behind a modified/race tire preped 96 LT-4. I'm pretty stoked right now. I'd like to thank Michelin for making such a damn good street tire in the PS2!!!!

Greg is always telling me that C4s are the perfect autocross car. And he wasn't even trying to convince me to get one:lmao:

Yeah, now if I could just get some really fat tires on her, I think I could really put on hurting on my times...or I just wouldn't be able to take some of the tight turns. We'll see at the end of the season and check if I can squeeze my budget for some wider wheels and tires. I have visions of 18x10s in the front with 19x11s in the rear. But my wallet sees michelins for $550 each for 315/25/19. :banghead:
