Actor Kevin Bacon; through his organization,
SixDegrees.org , has partnered with Parade Magazine,
The Case Foundation and Network For Good to support America’s Giving Challenge.
These organizations are working together to provide smaller groups and individuals the opportunity to raise funds and awareness for their favorite charities.
The Challenge began December 13th at 3pm EST and ends on January 31st at 3pm EST.
Participating individuals create a Charity Badge denoting and promoting their charity.
The eight individuals whose charity badges attract the most donors through the America’s Giving Challenge will receive $50,000 for their cause.
In addition, the 100 nonprofits with the greatest number of donations made to them through America’s Giving Challenge will each receive $1,000.
On behalf of Corvettes Anonymous, I have created a Charity Badge to support the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, Respite Care Services.
