Since our little chat took place, the neighbors son has spun out up and down the road almost daily and more aggressively than before
, usually when his dad isn't home. I've got pics of the torn up road for when his dad calls me to the fence next time

Also, for those who may think I'm the problem (Stevek
). Classy and Rob were here yesterday and they witnessed the kid (22 yr old boy) on his 4 wheeler tearing up the road in front of my house.
Funny thing was, when he parked the 4 wheeler, he hopped on their tractor and proceeded to grade the road where he tore it up.
I sat there wondering why he'd fix the road... then I looked over at his house and saw that his dad was home.
