If the person doing the tune for you doesn't know the answer to your question, I would put the car in reverse and get the hell out of there, PRONTO!
Generally, unless you have specifically disabled it, there is already a rpm limiter on the engine anyway to keep you from over revving it. I think once you start getting into to 6K to 6.5K arena, you should be backing down a bit before the limiter does it for you.
