I'm told it's a Right of Way. Our neighbor around the corner owns the land the road is on (so I'm told). It's Not county maintained. It hasn't had a Sign since before we moved here 9+ yrs ago; although the street continues across the hwy; and it has a sign

I do however remember a few yrs ago, someone called the law on the same kid for driving his untagged truck up and down it and he was ticketed for it.
NO it wasn't me.
So because of the ticketing, I would assume it's public.?
