I grew up eating steamed blue crabs. I just can't get enough of them.
It is rather disappointing that the steady supply of live crabs around here isn't all that I had hoped it would be, living right off of the Gulf of Mexico. For some reason the powers that be decided that all the crabbers have to pull up their traps for the month of July. Which should be prime season for them.
