Thanks guys, I'm going to try the attorney route, their fees and my work schedule and distance justifies it. They assured me that a "court ordered" driving school is different than the one I elect on my own, so I will have one left when I get the c6 ZR1, LOL. Hey I might get lucky and get dismissed.
