Looking to buy a +30 years old C4 and to import it to Belgium ( importfees and taxes on a “younger” car are unfortunately making it too expensive to buy a more recent car ) .
Interested in both a coupe or a convertible , but afraid my budget for a convertible is too limited.
Originality of the car, or very low mileage is less important to me but your car should be overall in good condition as I do not want to buy a project car and not willing / able to do a lot of work on the car myself.
Evidence of regular / recent maintenance is therefore a must !
Location of the car is less important as I have to ship it anyway to Belgium ( but ofcourse a car closer to the East or West coast has my preference as this limits the transport cost to the shipping harbour ).
