Not sure if anyone actually uses Vimeo, but I've been there in the past, and figured maybe some videos there are worth watching.
Syntax is:
[vimeo]24456787[/vimeo]
You can just click on that blue tag icon with the white "V" above the posting area to plug the codes into your text area.
