What I know for sure is that after I had my 02 fixed the 1st time, it did not work... (Having a vette towed with the wheels turned is no fun

)
Vette was at same dealer (for a different issues) who fixed the column lock the 1st time. They called me to tell me that it was locked and they had to do the recall

I said the recall was complete at your dealer before

So nothing like it locking at the dealer who fixed it. I still did not install the CLB.

And yes after the 2nd recall it locked again...
That is when I installed the CLB...
Now when the Vette is off the steering moves freely, it never did before this
