Vendors with trailers who plan to drop off their trailers the day before should plan to meet us at Ferman Chevrolet at 3:00 PM Sharp on Friday afternoon November 17th. If you plan to do this, please contact Jim or me and let us know. Vendors with trailers coming in on Saturday morning November 18th must plan to arrive by 6:30 AM. Because of limited vendor space and the movement of Corvettes on the lot the morning of the show, trailers will not be allowed to park after 6:30 AM. If you do not have a trailer, you can unload your vehicle at your booth space until 8 AM. Vehicles must be removed at that time. Please respect this and help us by getting there early or making arrangements to drop off the day before.

If you are a new Vendor this year, we do not furnish tents, tables nor anything else you will need to set up or perform your activities that day. Unless arrangements are made well in advance, you will not have electricity. If you do need electricity, you should get with us immediately and make sure we can accommodate your needs. All power cords are your responsibility. We provide only your booth space. If you have a car to park in your booth for demonstration purposes, you need to advise us immediately so we can plan for space. It will be very difficult this year to accommodate leaving your cars or trucks in the vendor area because of lack of space. Ferman has been under huge renovation this year and the lot has changed considerably from last year. Vendor row is compact and provides a traffic pattern for your customers better conducive with business this year. Each year we continue to grow and this year is no exception. We expect you to have a very productive selling day. Promote your company and sell your products and enjoy the show. We think it is the best organized and best run show in the country and with your help, it will continue to flourish. If you have GMRS radio's, please bring them with you. Jim and I as well as the other event organizers will be available via radio the day of the show. We will have security on the campus Friday night but assume no liability for damages or lost or stolen property.

We have a huge all Corvette Buffet planned for the evening of the 17th at our host hotel, The Hilton Garden Inn East. The hotel has very few rooms left as we have taken most all of the 155 rooms already. If you have not booked and plan to stay with us, please do not procrastinate! Book now. We have a rate of $74.00 per night (Fri & Sat normally $139). You can buy tickets for the buffet dinner on the website, when you book your room or the night of the event at the door. Please come and meet all the event organizers Friday night at the Buffet.

All event information including schedule of events for that day will be furnished. We have Valve Cover races, live entertainment starting at noon, breakfast, lunch, free ice cream, door prize giveaways all day, all at the event. Our event is spectacular! We look forward to a very productive day. Please help us by understanding in advance that we cannot meet every need of everyone.
