Westchase-HOA's are a PITA (I serve the summonses for a bunch of them
)
Citrus Park-Nice area, it's the area I'm in. Just off the Veterans makes the run back and forth to the TIA area a breeze
Lot of new homes and older homes for better $$. HOA's can still be a PITA though.
