There is a lesson for everyone here. When you return an item to a vendor or manufacturer you should ALWAYS get delivery confirmation. Then, there is no question whether or not it got to them. I have never had a problem with delivery confirmation with USPS. Too many things can go wrong once that package leaves your possession.
