Who have you mentioned to that you have a storage unit and what was stored in it? Whoever is on that list are your primary suspects.
And yes, I believe some storage units do use security cameras.
Been a while since I have used a storage unit, but do they offer any sort of insurance on the contents you place there or are you entirely on your own?
Hope you find out who did it and can PROVE it to the authorities.
