Well, the car is at the dealer's. I took it there early this morning. Tech said it could be the actuator or just the door the actuator drives being stuck. The hard part is just getting into it to look at see.
I disconnected the battery cable yesterday to try to reset the circuitry, but that didn't help any at all. Didn't know about the procedure to swing the settings from full heat to full cold, however.
