http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/a...nvasion-robber) about a 64 year old woman in Lake City, FL, who defended herself with a handgun against a 26 year old home invader. When she realized someone was breaking in, she grabbed her firearm and left the house through the back door. As she ran, she realized the perp was chasing her, and she turned and fired one shot in his chest. He was later hospitalized in critical condition.
What a surprise that this gun story wasn't on any of the the 6 o'clock news shows- none that I know of at least.
