Very simple change for tranny and differential as long as car is supported properly. A lot easier if you have access to a lift also. At my age anymore, hate trying to work from on my back. Easier to put on a lift and work at eye level. Just pick up a cheap suction pump from one of the parts store to refill. A turkey baster can always be used in a pinch also.
