I'm debating on filing this post under "Corvette Accidents" because something went terribly wrong during the restoration of this C3 Corvette. It looks like the beginnings of a Corvette Summer replica car, especially with the nose and the Chevy Bow-tie rearend. But for whatever reason, the customization was stopped and this Corvette was trailered to the NCRS Winter Regional in Kissimmee, Florida last month where it sat with a for sale sign: $2,500.00 OBO - With motor and trans".
I took these photos around mid-morning and later that day I happened by and noticed the trailer was empty. I wonder if the buyer was a member of Jay Leno's More money than brains club.
