Yeah, but you would probably have to blow a 0.0 to stand ANY shot
of getting out of it. Even a LITTLE bit on the meter would negate any
good will the officer may have provided. Sure would like to get a "dash
cam" video of someone trying to pull this off......! I, personally, think it's
hilarious, but that's just me.

You and Carrie staying warm enough? When it gets over 70, send the excess
our way! Dot and I have just about had it with the brutal cold.
