I'm looking at selling or trading a buildable 3/4 acre lot in Franklin North Carolina. Cowee Mtn area. Right along the Little tenn River. It is in a private comunity with about 50 house/lots to be built. I had perk test done for a 3 bed, 2 bath. The land is about 2800 ft elevation in the smokey mountains.
45 mins. to Asheville, And hour to Gatlinberg/pigeon Forge, 1 to bryson city casinos. Few restrictions in development. No trailers, house must be a min. 800 sq ft. no farm animals.
Willing to trade for vette or muscle car of equal value. Up or down with cash I am paying taxes on $16,500. Also for sale with Realtor for same price. any questions feel free to contact

taxes for 08 was $55.00. There is also a road tax of $100 per yr. For paving of the roads. They have been dirt roads since the begining. Last yr 310 FT of entrance was done. And another 300-500 will be done this yr. Road fee also takes care of branch, tree removal and spring road grading of the unpaved roads. Again its in the mountains. If u need specifics pm me

Hello Ken , I have a 2nd home in franklin in the clarks chapel district it's alil over a acre..Do you have any pics of the land.Man i love it up there.My Parents might be interested.Please Pm me or post the some pics

Property is located up 28N along the Little Tenn river. Its called sheeps Knob off Judds Trial. Little ride from town. Its a wooded lot 3/4 acre. I have it perked for a 3to 4 b/r, 2 ba. Road has been gravel for yrs. But last yr a road fun was est. and they've paved 310 ft. Hope to have whole area in in a few yrs.
taxes are 55 yr. and road fee is 100 yr. at this time. this includes regrading for gravel area and repaving for next yr. last i heard they were hoping to do 300-500 ft more of road this spring.
