I did not scroll down far enough to see the link. Sure is easy to loose these cars. When i had my 06 C6 tuned and had much of the TM tuned out i about lost it just taking a turn and not even getting on it. These run flats are also asking for trouble. Even my stock 2013 will go side ways if i nail it from a slow roll. Gotta steer into it.

Yeah, I've often wondering if there was some way to tune the suspension such that even when breaking traction the car would tend to go in a straight line instead of having the rear end wanting to swing around the center of the car. Seems that when these cars break traction the car almost immediately wants to go sideways. This is great for burning donuts in a parking lot for show, I guess, but gives you white knuckles just about any other time.

I wonder if the torque tube has something to do with this? Since this makes it basically a solid inflexible piece of metal from the engine to the differential, perhaps it is just the torque of the engine acting on the entire car.

My 2015 5.0 Gt was nothing like the C6. Never had to worry about it going sideways. I think the extra lb ft of the engine and runflats cause most of the problems. I never get into it with cars next to me as i am scared i will end up hitting the car next to me.
