C6 owners with roof recall- Citrus County

The deadline is fast approaching for taking the painted roof in for the recall. Since I have both roofs, the painted one was only on the car for maybe 1000 miles and lives in the garage in a blanket. It does not appear to have any problems, but I know that I need to take it in for the foam job. Anyone in Citrus County or nearby Marion, Lake, Hernando have experience with dealers who did this fix satisfactorily? You hate to take something that isn't broken to be fixed, but from a liability standpoint it needs to be done if I ever plan to use it again. Any feedback appreciated!!!

I had mine done in Stuart,Fl. I believe it is only a temporary fix, and is my understanding GM plans to replace the tops. When? who knows. My top looked allright, but looking closer I noticed one side of my roof is about 1/4 inch higher on the driver side than on the passenger side. Although I do need to get my new top ordered. Had a crack in my clear top(right above the center of the passenger door) Just got my new one in. It took about 2 months to get in. But all is good now(except the painted top

Does anyone have know which dealers in the Port Charlotte area that have done a good job on the top recall. I have to have mine done, and am not sure of local dealers.

Had the work roof replaced via the recall procedure @ Bill Buck Chevrolet in VNC. Body shop there did a real nice job. Paul was the name of the specialist that did the work. It was worth the drive.
