We all have to fight before it's too late.

Don't know about the rest of you folks, but I am downright appalled at the direction this country has taken during the last 6 months. This is not the same country for which I put on a uniform (in 1962) and was willing to give my life. Question: How do these loons get elected to office? Answer: By a majority of the people. How did we (as a people) allow ourselves to be so misled? Last Nov. we elected a new President with a lack of qualifications and track record in Congress, who openly declared he believed in re-distribution of income, belonged to a church for 20+ yrs whose pastor had openly ranted against the USA, on and on ad nausem...I cannot believe just last week I heard our President apologize to the muslims (in front of the world) and bow to an Arab Sheik! A recent CNN poll states that only 53% of our citizens favor Capitalism over Socialism!

Can someone out there tell me I am reading this all wrong and make me feel better??

I am sorry to say that you are not reading this all wrong. I feel the same way you do. I just hope that people wake up and realize that our country is headed in the wrong direction. We need to have our voices heard in Washington that we are sick and tired of the direction they are taking our country, Republicans and Democrats alike.
