Default Getting aluminum to *sparkle*

I actually have had a bottle of this stuff sitting in the cabinet for quite a while. I think I bought it when I was working on the cradles, but I must not have used it at all, as the bottle was sealed up when I pulled it out the other day. I've tried other aluminum cleaners in the past, and haven't really been impressed by them, so I really didn't have very high hopes when I applied this stuff to one of the panels underneath the gas tanks. Yeah, I know... Who will ever SEE the darn things? But would you expect anything less from someone insane enough to polish their drivetrain cradles?
